Return Policy:
You can return the unused product for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The product needs to be in its original new condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. If the product is not in its original new condition and packaging, it will not be accepted. Restocking fees of 30% apply to all returns. The restocking fee covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and re packaging of the product. If your product arrives damaged, we will ship you a new product at no cost. In the event of the product arriving damaged, you will need to provide evidence that the product was in fact damaged before it was used.
Return Process:
Please email for return shipping labels within 30 days of the order date. Drop off labeled packages at a UPS location within 2 days of the label being sent. Once the product is received it will be inspected. If the return is accepted a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks. The original payment method will be refunded minus the 30% restocking fee.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so for a full refund minus the non-refundable transaction fees charged by your payment provider. These fees typically range between 2.5%–4.5%, depending on the payment method used (credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Once your order has shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
